• PS-100 is capable of producing materials up to 10″ (250mm) high
• All components of the machine, including the compression head, vibrating table and both base and face concrete supply units, are mounted on a heavy-duty base plate. (No pit or costly foundation are required.)
• The vibration table has two powerful vibrators; one is for feeding and another for compression. Vigorous action of the vibrating table is concentrated into the mold to make high quality products with ease in a short time
• Automatic quick mold change in only 3 minutes. All you have to do is push the button! 3-minute mold changes enable you to reduce labor and idle time for a mold change, and to make another product quickly without removing both base and face concrete in the concrete hoppers of the machine, which will give you more profit.
• You can move the compression head out of the machine by simply pushing a button. And you can maintain an/or clean up the top of the mold, feed drawers and compression shoes in a open area, which allows for safer and easier maintenance.
• The medium pressure hydraulic system is easy to maintain and ensure a safe operation.
• The P.L.C. (Programmable Logic Controller) system and electric controls achieve the dependability in production.
• Variable vibrator for the vibrating table is available. (Option)


TIGER’S new PS-1000 HD machine utilizes TIGER’S proven mold changer; allowing for fast change over and flexible production. The new generation allows for universal carrier as well as height and density control. The universal mold changer allows for other brands of molds such as Masa and Rekers to be used in the TIGER machine. The height control system utilizes proportional valves and encoders to verify height of compression head over the pallet. Throughout the full production cycle; the height control system ensures the correct height product leaving the machine.
Our new generation machine has been upgraded in many ways. The PS-1000HD uses encoders for almost every movement of the machine, with the added benefit of frequency drives and proportional valves. Every movement of the machine can be customized by the operator.
Due to the high adjustability of this machine; considerable thought and detail have gone into designing an intuitive and easy to use interface. From the GOT; the operator can access saved product profiles, make adjustment to cycles, access reports such as production, down time, mold life, and maintenance reports. The GOT also allows for phone and tablet connectivity allowing remote monitoring and trouble shooting. Considerable design work has been implemented for error reporting and machine diagnostics. The new technology makes it easy to trouble shoot and operate.
In addition to technological updates, TIGERS machine has implemented a number of mechanical design updates. These updates include reducing stress on bearings, vibration components, hydraulic shafts and couplers. TIGER has put considerable thought into transmission of vibration into the mold and away from machine components.
